Working as General Manager and Heading Roads Division for Specialized in PPP Projects for M/s IRB Infrastructures Developers Ltd, Mumbai, & previously worked for M/s Pratibha Industries Limited, Mumbai. He served in M/s Mumbai Special Economic Zone (SEZ) Pvt. Ltd. (Reliance Group Company) and also worked as a Scientist for Central Road Research Institute (CRRI), New Delhi. In CRRI, he has published/presented 15 R & D papers in national and international journals, Conferences and seminars and written 50 technical reports. He has received cash award of £1000 from ORN-5 for writing paper on Pavement design and environment Impact Studies in India.

He is a Masters in Engineering Management degree holder and 13 years experienced Portfolio Manager, Digital Transformation leader and Innovation catalyst for a department consisting of 200+ employees. Land Information Management, Facility Management Projects, preparation of technical proposals. He is associated with our firm as Business Associate & an Operational Offshore executive.

He is Technical savvy-sophisticated professional with 18 years of insightful experience in Construction Industry, Quantity Survey, and Geospatial Industry, having an enormous exposure in Land Information Management, Facility Management Projects, and preparation of technical proposals. He is associated with our firm as Business Associate & an Operational Consultant to drive our vertical QS, QA, & Site Execution divisions. He executed prestigious large township projects of Lanco, Radha Reality, Deepak Cables and many other projects in Hyderabad, Bangalore, Mumbai.

He holds a MBA Degree (International Business Management) from Adam Smith University (USA) and he is the founder of MartWalls Pvt. Ltd Company (A unique Business model in Realty) & has professional experience of 18 years in Sales & Marketing, worked for ICICI, IIFL, AVIVA, RELIGARE, KOTAK, SAKET, Hanureddy Realty (US based Realty firm). He is associated with our firm as Business Associate in Real Estate & Investments to drive our business.
